It is responsible for conducting and coordinating procedures at the University concerning the award of public supply, public services and works contracts.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<div class=\"h4\">Head of the Public Procurement Department Ma\u0142gorzata Kajurek, MSc<\/div>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>The scope of DZP&#8217;s activities includes in particular:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>preparing the University&#8217;s public procurement plan;<\/li>\n<li>registering applications for the award of public contracts drawn up by the University&#8217;s organisational units and defining the proposed procedure for awarding contracts in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law;<\/li>\n<li>conducting procedures for the award of public contracts based on the provisions of the Public Procurement Law;<\/li>\n<li>carrying out requests for quotation;<\/li>\n<li>confirming invoices submitted by the University&#8217;s organisational units with regard to the public procurement procedures;<\/li>\n<li>developing and updating the University&#8217;s internal regulations in the area of public procurement in order to adjust them to the amended provisions of the Public Procurement Law;<\/li>\n<li>cooperation with other organisational units of the University participating in particular stages of awarding public contracts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Public Procurement Department (DZP) is a unit under the Chancellor of Bialystok University of<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"parent":62820,"menu_order":15,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"ngg_post_thumbnail":0,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-66184","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Public Procurement Department - Bialystok University of Technology - archived website<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"The Public Procurement Department (DZP) is a unit under the Chancellor of Bialystok University of Technology.
